Joyce A. Wheeland is the Chairman and CEO of Computer Consultants of America, Inc. (CCI). Mrs. Wheeland was raised and educated in Baltimore, Maryland. She has worked in the professional service arena since 1985. At CCI, she manages the day-to-day financial operations and is intricately involved in setting strategic direction for the organization.

Joyce attributes the success of CCI to a commitment in building strong personal relationships with our employees and clients. She is convinced that long-term sustainable growth results from having satisfied customers and employees who share in a goal of a job well done.

Mrs. Wheeland is committed to supporting charitable causes and invests considerable time and financial resources in the community. As a founding member of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses' Open Door Foundation, she champion's the organization's effort to grant scholarships to deserving college students. She is also involved in funding programs for the National Football League's Detroit Lions' Charities and has sponsored major golf tournaments for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Detroit since 2000.

As she looks to the future, Mrs. Wheeland has positioned her organization for growth by offering leading-edge technological solution services, concentrating on client needs as well as on the development and growth of her employees. She views attracting the highly talented and most professional employees as the fundamental bases to attaining greater success. Her belief is that in helping people achieve their professional dreams will continue to make CCI a market leader in the Information Technology industry.

Joyce's husband John and daughter Nicole are also involved in the business.

Mr. Wheeland is a senior executive with over thirty-three years of information systems experience in the technical, management, and sales environment. With his vast technical knowledge, he has designed, developed, and marketed solutions applying various IT practices.

Mr. Wheeland has successfully acquired companies, sold companies, and developed companies to a high level of profitability. He has extensive experience delivering value-added technology solutions to a diverse industry base of prospects and customers.

Mr. Wheeland is currently the chief operating officer for Computer Consultants of America, Inc. (CCI). Mr. Wheeland manages the daily operation of four CCI offices and nearly three hundred consultants.

Prior to CCI, Mr. Wheeland served large public and private companies as a Senior Vice President and member of the executive committee.

Mr. Wheeland's academic background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Data Processing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He has also attended various technical and business courses and seminars from a variety of companies.

Mr. Wheeland has served on the board of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) for over three years. He founded, and is president of, the Michigan Chapter.
